Network Controller Driver for Inspiron 5100

I have been refomating my Dell Inspiron 5100 notebook.  I have found all the drivers except for the Network Controller.  I have figured out what I need but can't find any place that will left me download it.  It is the 802.11 b/g Wireless LAN Controller.  Chip number BCM4309.  Vendor ID 0x14E4 and Device ID 0x4320.

It's a Broadcom device, and where I see these, they are OEM. Dell has a few wireless cards for your machine here:

Well I have the ethernet card already set up so I can use the internet but I am unable to get the wireless to work.  The only hardware issure I am having is the "Network Controller" which has the yellow question mark and ! next to it.  I am trying to do this fresh install without any of the laptops origianl software or anything that came with it.  I don't really know what a network controller is/does but it seems like an issue i would like resolved.
The only functional issue I am having with the new install is the lack of wireless internet.  Is it related to the network controller issue and do I need some kind of WLAN setup wizard (if so where can I get one?)

If it is your Dell, and if it is the original wireless card, then Dell should have the driver. It might also be that someone changed the wireless card (I do that) so you need to determine the make of the card and part number and then search for a driver. With the appropriate driver, the question marks should go away. I would uninstall what you did install because it is not working and will get in the way. .... Thinkpads_User

I deleted the Network Controller driver which cleared the yellow error message.  Then I was able to find a driver for Dell TrueMobile 1180 WLAN Mini-PCI Card Windows which enabled my wireless card.  So the problem is solved.  I was getting frustrated, thanks for re-centering my focus.
