I have recently begun having problems with some internal emails. Some emails go through and others fail. Message Tracking Center shows the following for the failed messages:
SMTP: Advanced Queue Failed to Deliver Message
SMTP: Message Sent to Badmail
I just had another empoyee send me a series of 5 emails and I only received 1.
As far as I can tell external emails (outbound and inbound) seem to be working fine. It is only internal emails affected.
I have searched all over the internet and cannot find a good solution. Most refer to GFI Mailessentials which we do not have. The only spam filter we use is IMF and they are not ending up there.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
