I have vb6 program written xp. I just recieved a control that includes a manifest and InitCommonControls. Do i need to use &nbsp;this ? my exe already has a manifest for Vista requiring to run as administrator. &nbsp;

I have vb6 program written xp. I just recieved a control that includes a manifest and InitCommonControls. Do i need to use  this ? my exe already has a manifest for Vista requiring to run as administrator.  

InitCommonControls

Visual Basic is Microsoft’s event-driven programming language and integrated development environment (IDE) for its Component Object Model (COM) programming model. It is relatively easy to learn and use because of its graphical development features and BASIC heritage.
