Query Repeating Values?
Is there a way to have a Query only show the first time the value appears. For instance when I'm doing a query on an Invoice I don't want the Header repeating for each Line. I know that I can do this in a report (at least I think so) but I want to create an excel sheet so I use the office link from the query to do this.
Use the query in the Excel spreadsheet as the data source for a pivot table
Try
Select Field1, Field2, Fieldn from TableName group by Field1, Field2, Fieldn
Field1, Field2, Fieldn (are your field names)
TableName is your table name
