I have installed Visual studio 2008 pro of chinese language . How can i change it into English ??

The link given was for changing the default project language, meaning C# or VB or JScript.

I was wondering how to change the actual IDE language.

I already found a way to do this in Visual Studio 2005 via the blog instruction below:

However, the technique is not working for visual studio 2008 because the installer of visual studio 2008 express refuse to run if there is already a professional installed
