I have a user with a Dell Inspiron 1501. He has win xp with office 2007. When he tries to send an email the automatic spellchecker comes up. When it finds an error it starts to allow him to change it then all options gray out. I have tried deleting and rebuilding his outlook profile to no avail. I have attempted re installation and the only thing i havent tried is to reimage his pc which i REALLY do not want to do. Can anyone help with this??
