Out Of Office Assistant in Outlook 2007 not working

We are using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007. Out of Office Assistant is not working for one of our users. I just tested OOA for myself, and it works just fine for me, so it has something to do with this user.

Was the user migrated across from an older version of Outlook? I have seen this where the rule gets stuck. Doing an outlook.exe/ cleanrules will usually resolve the problem.

Can you take a Dump of a good and bad user
Get-Mailbox -Identity "user" |fl

pavelz.txt is a dump of a normal mailbox.
anac.txt is a dump of the mailbox with the problem

I found one difference that in Ana there are 2 X400 addresses whereas there is 1 usually and if we use OWA for the affected user what is the outcome.

In an unrelated issue in another post, an expert suggested to move this mailbox temporarily to another store for testing purposes. Then I moved the mailbox back to the original store over-writing the existing mailbox. This somehow automatically fixed the problem with OOA.
