"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Ex 2k7 has general spam policy which need to be manualy update which you are already doing but not getting required results.
If spam mails are porn mails then you can not stop it using 2k7 message filter service, you need to go for SPAM filter device or application which can do it. You can check for IMSS, GFI mail, for hardware appliance like iron port or baracuda. You will be able to block spam mails by having gateway software from mcafee, norton etc.

If exchange spam filtering doesn't pick it, then there is nothing much you can do, except testing other spam filtering softwares. explains a few of them.
