advice on RJ-45 connectors

Hello Experts,

I have to buy few set of RJ-45 connectors for my office use, I am not sure whether they are different form of RJ-45 connectors or its standard for the network cable I am using.

All I can see is we have a cable which has 8 wires separated each, brown, green, blue and orange with a white colored wired.

Please can someone advise?

Not sure what you're asking here -- RJ-45 connectors are standard connectors.

Are you just buying the connectors, or are you buying cables?    If cables, the only questions are whether you need standard or crossover cables (probably standard); and whether you need Cat-5e or Cat-6 cables (Cat-5e is fine for most purposes; Cat-6 is better if you have a gigabit network).

... if you're just buying the connectors, be sure you have an appropriate crimping tool.
