Sony Vaio VGN-SZ430N and touchpad

I used to be able to scroll up and down my screen by running my  finger down the right side of the touchpad. After reinstall windows I am not able to do  that any more. Can you please tell me which driver should I install? (

You should always install all drivers, starting with the Chipset driver (motherboard). The driver that is for the touchpad would then be the "Pointing Device" Driver.

You will probably also require the utilities for your System, not only the drivers.

Most PC's come either with recovery DVD's or a recovery partition. If there are noDVD's, then there should be a utility installed which allows you to create a set of recovery DVD's. That should always be done after having first used the PC, so you can restore it to factory defaults if the HD crashes. If you had used that to restore the OS, you shouldn't have any issues with drivers.

Hi, i got one more problem with this laptop, the sound system does not seem to work: loudspeakers and earphones. Is there anything else i should instal?
As I mentioned above, you should install all the drivers. Usually the sound system is heavily dependent on the chipset drivers, so those are the most important and should always be installed first.
