Options Unavaiable with SQL Server Express 2005 SP3

I'm running the SP3 update on a SQL Server 2005 DB (SQLServer2005SP3-KB955706-x86-ENU.exe).  I've reached the Feature Selection page of the Wizard.  (See image.)  I'm unable to check 5 of the boxes: BKUPEXEC, BKUPEXEC Database Services, MSSQLSERVER, MSSQLSERVER Database Services, and Client Components.  My inability to check two of these five boxes: MSSQLSERVER and MSSQLSERVER Database Services is worrying me.  Are these boxes disabled because I'm running SP3 on an Express instance of SQL Server?  Or, is the SP3 installation broken.  Permissions are not an issue.  (Or at least they shouldn't be.)  I logged on as a Domain Admin.  (Hence, I'm in the sysadmins server role.)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would assume that this is because these features are already installed, these check boxes will probably be available if the machine in question had only certain components installed before.

That makes sense.  So how can I tell what SP has been installed with SQL Server?  I've attached an image of the Server Properties.  Is it hidden in the 9.00.1399.06 value?  Somewhere else?
Check out:

In short...

RTM      2005.90.1399
SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 1      2005.90.2047
SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2      2005.90.3042
SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3      2005.90.4035

In other words you dont have any service packs installed...
