Sync folder on a server to another server

I have a customer with two offices.
Booth offices have one Server 2003 each.
On office 1 they wan to sync one folder on office 2 to a folder on office 1 server. They want this folder to be synced at least each hour or even better all the time! Do you recommend any good solution? The sync must be booth if the update something on office 2 it should be on office 1 vice versa.

Thanks in advance!

Well used sync toy at one of our site and it works like a charm. Straight forward program
This situation is what DFS Replication is designed for.  The folders get automatically synchronized both ways.

If both servers are on the same domain and running Server 2003 R2, I would recommend implementing DFS Replication. Otherwise go with SyncToy as recommended above. We use SyncToy to sync our web servers and it does work like a charm.

You can also try FolderShare (now LiveSync) -

I use this and the Mesh to keep my home machines in Sync.
If you access to their domain with the correct credentials and map the drive you would be able to Sync the folder with Synctoy

Thank you very much, SynToy works really well. As it's different AD's it's not possible to use DFS.
