The account used to run the DTS package does not have access to that folder.

How do I know which account use to run the dts packages? I seems couldn't find this such info.
Anthony PerkinsCommented:
What executes the DTS Package?  If the answer is that it is scheduled using SQL Server Agent then check the startup account used by the SQL Server Agent service.  If you are executing it manually or through an app, then look for the Windows account that is logged in.
