How to install Vmware Tools/dependencies on FreeBSD 7.2

I need assistance installing vmware tools on freebsd 7.2 as well as any dependencies that it may require.

Sorry, tried that already, when I follow that it comes directly up and says "General system error occurred: Internal Error.

Another alternative which I can suggest is to connect to the ESX Host using WinSCP and navigate to the / (root)
Under /, you will find a directory called VMIMAGES. This will contain an ISO of VMware Tools for different Operating Systems.
Copy the ISO for FreeBSD and extract the contents of the ISO file.

Now copy the extracted contents to your VM and install VMware Tools.

Update the results.
