I have already attempted to 'Detect & Repair' the Office Outlook 2007 installation (local 1.5GB .pst file, XP Pro, no-exchange), and scanpst/fixpst to no avail. I have uninstalled and re-installed Outlook. Also, I can't delete an email in the 'deleted items' folder.
Interestingly enough, I created another profile with the same information, and it worked properly. For a temp fix, I let user use new profile for productivity reasons, however, there was a lot of important data in old .pst file.
Is there a fix for this or a practical way to give her continued access to defective .pst file while using new 'functioning' profile? Any suggestions are appreciated.
