Migrate IAS RADIUS settings from Server 2003 to Server 2008 NPS

I'm working on building up a new Windows Server 2008 DC to replace our old Server 2003 DC that does IAS RADIUS authentication for our VPN.  Is there an easy way to migrate the RADIUS settings?  I found a way to migrate from 2003 to 2003, but it says explicitly that it won't work to migrate between versions.

Is there a way I can easily copy my settings over, or do I have to set it up again?

You may export the settings and policies in IAS and import that to a DC running Windows Server 2003 in a Virtual Machine. After that, please upgrade this VM to Windows Server 2008 and then export the migrated settings in NPS to XML which should be imported on the physical DC running Windows Server 2008.
