I have a pix 515 with the following route command configured.
route inside 1
Originally this route was configured for a frame relay connection to another location but was recently upgraded to MPLS.  The gateway address was changed from to so I need to change the command to reflect that change.

I believe just go into conf t.

Add the route:
route inside

and remove the old route
no route inside 1

You will need to remove the old command and then re add it with the changes.

To remove the route retype the command with "no" at the begining. Just reminber this will effect anything that uses that route
