"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There is no automatic way to un-subscribe from mailings in Act, As a workaround you can..
*Create a field on the layout (A yes/no Field) called something like Do Not Mail.
*Create a Group called MailTo
*Select Add/Remove contacts for that group and then edit criteria in the dynamics group section
*Set field name to Do Not Mail, the operator to equal to and then value to false
This will bring all the contacts that do not have a tick in that box into the group automatically, so when someone un-subscribes tick that box and they will be removed from the group - all you need to do then is send the mailer to that group.
Hope that helps.

Does Constant Contact send you a list of people who unsubscribe?
If so, how do that they do this?
In what format is it?

in constant contact they have the option to unsubscribe, so they get automactly unsuscribe from constant contact, but my contact list is also in ACZT, so i have to manually delete them from act from my listserv (Accord)

When they unsubscribe from CC, does CC send you their details?
If so, in what format?
titorober23Author Commented:

Create a field in ACT! that you can use for opt-in or opt-out and update the field from the list you get back
