Exchagne delegate user can't see subfolders under the root of the inbox

Hi y'all,

I am trying to let a legal assistant view and edit the subfolders under the "inbox' of her attorney. I have already setup permissions and delegates for the users. I can view the root of the inbox from the legal assistant's Outlook, but she can't see any of the subfolders.

any tips?

thank you in advance

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Don't use delegates.
Just use conventional permissions. Set the permissions at the top of the tree and then have the user open the mailbox as any other additional mailbox.
