Jet 4.0 in Access 2003?

I'm using Access 2003, do I have Jet4.0 and do I need to upgrade to Jet4.0 and how could I update to Jet4.0? I clicked Windows update in IE, but seems it's not updating my Access2003.

Here is my system information for Access:

If you can create or open a database in A2003 then you have Jet4.
The files you are showing in your post are ancillary files to Jet.

The main Jet dll is msjet40.dll
The latest version for WinXP is 4.0.9511.0 and for Vista it's 4.0.9704.0

You should go to the Office site to update Office products:

Or use the Help menu "Check for Updates" option when your product is opened.
