resize esxi drive size and windows vm drive size

I would like to add more drives to raid 5 and increase available drive size for esxi. After reinstalling esxi, and reatoring snapshot of win 2003 server, how can I increase the size of windows drive (partition I think is what I am asking) ?

The easiest way (that is without jumping through a whole bunch of hoops) is to use VMWare Converter (free) to make a copy of your Server. When you do this, you can take this opportunity to resize your disks. It's sort of a one step process for getting the job done.
The longer process ... is you check your configuration for your VM in the VI client, and increase the disk size e.g. from 20GB to 50GB... Once you do this, you can boot your VM off the the GPART CD and extend/expand the size of your volume so that the VM can use the new size..

If it's a data drive in windows 2003 you may use diskpart utility within windows do extend the volume size within windows 2003.  Otherwise I would recommend vConverter as mentioned above
