Help my Jscript work in firefox?

The javascript there does not work in firefox, but in IE it works

Your script needs updating. It relies on property document.layers to work in FF and support for that was dropped in FF

That script must be over 10 years old. It's ancient by Internet standards.  The DOM (document object model) has been standardized since then. Now methods like document.getElementsByTagName() are used instead.

@CEHJ  Netscape 6+ didn't support document.layers either.

shoukd be able to update it and get it working
or find a different script to meet your needs
let me know if you need any help

(you would also be better off moving the question out of the Java zone, and into Javascript. This has nothing to do with Java)
