Windows 20003 Server : Server service is getting stop are the error

Windows 2003 server getting and below error & server service is getting stop.again i have restart the server.
Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.2.3790.1830, faulting module shell32.dll, version 6.0.3790.2662, fault address 0x0003568c.

When i am trying to restart manully is gives error "Access delined"

Please open start menu => cmd and type:
SFC /scannow
This causes SFC to scan your system files immediately. SFC can take a few minutes to run. Please have your installation CD or equivalent available in case SFC needs to replace a damaged file.

I have fellow the step,but the same issue , server service getting stop.It will work for while after restart.

It give the error message Generic win32 ,when server get ON

If I were you I would maybe try using the repair installation, or if there is a higher service pack available compared to your current system service pack level, apply that. If these can't help, post a comment and I will search for some file integrity verifyer program.
