I am running MS CRM 4.<br />
I have setup the Oulook client and have gone into options and checked the box which says &quot;allow microsoft dynamics crm to send e-mail using CRM for outlook&quot;<br />
When I click on a mail and say &quot;track in CRM' oulook throws an error saying <br />
&quot;you do not have sufficient rights to perform this action<br />

Any ideas as to what rights they are talking about ? <br />
My user rights in CRM are system administrator AND system customizer.

Can't synchronise from outlook to Microsoft CRM
