Using CCA with Cisco 2811
Hi,
We have a Cisco 2811 router running Call Manager & Unity Express. This is the only use we're making of the router. I noticed Cisco has a great tool to configure CME via GUI called CCA (or Cisco Configuration Assistant). I'd love to use this tool, but unfortunately it seems like it is not supported on 2811, only for UC500. I can't seem to understand why though, since as far as I know both are running the same software for voice (CME). I understand Cisco has a sister product for configuring ISRs called CCP but it seems to be outdated and lacking a lot of the great functionality available in CCA (especially for voice related configurations).
Can anyone provide some insight on the subject? Perhaps there is a better and easier way to configure CME on a 2811 other than using CLI? (I know there's a web interface (/ccme.html) but it seems to be quite lame)
Thanks,
Danny

here is the link - you will need a cco account and appropriate access rights to download it.
your question about one integrated solution makes lots of sense and lets hope that Cisco will do something about this.

Thanks again. I know this may be somewhat of a different question, but could you also suggest a method to view call logs? I'd like to get a detailed view on incoming and outgoing calls per extension.
My knowledge is very limited in this area so I did quick search and here is a link you maybe find useful.

Cisco Configuration Assistant does not support Call Manager Express. It only works with the UC500 series.
Although the UC500 is basically a stripped down version of UCME with UCE, the CCA software only works with the UC500.

Btw - Why doesn't Cisco make one tool to configure them all? It seems like it's not making any sense to maintain so many different set of tools - SDM, CCA, CCP...
