[Joomla] How do I allow the users to change their own passwords?

I made a website using Joomla.
Registration and login both work well.
But the users cannot change their password & email after they sign up.
How do I allow the users to change their own passwords?

Create a Menu Link to the Area where poeple can edit their details.

In the backend (yoursite.com/administrator) of Joomla
 - go to menu & select new (top right)
 - under select menu type - click on user
 - then click on click on User Form Layout
 - then in title put your title - eg "Edit your Details"
  - and in access level - select "registered" so the menu link only appears when someone is logged in

This should do the trick
