Change Delimiter in CSV File in Reporting Services

I have a scheduled report in Reporting Services and would like to change the delimiter from , too "

Can someone please explain to me exactly how to do this.

I tried to follow this page;

but the confi params didn't exist in my rsreportserver.config file

"CSV" is by very definition Comma Seperated
You might have to define your own file type, with your own delimiter. According to that site you referred to, try adding the following text into your config file:
<Extension Name="QSV" Type="Microsoft.ReportingServices.Rendering.DataRenderer.CsvReport,Microsoft.ReportingServices.DataRendering">
     <Name Language="en-US">Quote (Quotation Delimited Text File)</Name>
