Question about .res file

Dear Experts,

I have ripped the icons of a toolbar of another application with PE Explorer
to use for my own application. In PE Explorer I was only able to save the
icons as a .res file.

Is there a way to extract the .res file as seperate BMP files and then save it.

in Delphi see the menu, tools, image editor.
You can open the .res with this tool to extract the images

there used to be a recourse workshop tool which could do this to.
