Blue screen or locked screen after performing Qosmio Recovery or unit being serviced

After running recovery or after having the Qosmio G10 or F10 serviced, the unit hangs or has blue screens

Is this the reason why you performed the recovery in the first place?
When do you get the error? ,what error do you receive?
Have you recently installed any new hardware?

Toshiba Qosmio F/G10's require CPU calibration if any work has been done on the Mainboard.

Ensure that the laptop is serviced by a toshiba authorised repair centre otherwise this will more than likely be overlooked.
