how to connect HP procurve Switch to Cisco OSPF network

how i can connect hp 6200yl switch to Cisco OSPF nework  
cisco configuration
router ospf 911
 passive-interface default
network area 18

interface g2/6
ip address
ip ospf network brodcast

hp 6200yl configuration
ip router-id
router ospf
redistribute connected

vlan 255
ip address
untagged 1 (connected to cisco switch)
ip ospf area

when i issue sh ip ospf neighbor  i cant see the cisco ospf switch

please help me to find one solution

On your cisco router you have the line:

network area 18

the mask is stating only interfaces with the ip will be in the OSPF area 18. Change the network command to:

network area 18

This will allow interface G2/6 in the area.

still i can see the ospf neighbor  but so i solve  with static route
