Resource mailbox is not visible!

An user is complaining that she is not able to book a room for July July02 from 14:00-15:00. which was released by another user. I've checked that room and found that the account is present but not a single mailbox features/tabs enabled. I've checked this through all 10 mailbox servers but no luck!
When I go to Exchange Task I can see Create Mailbox option (no remove). At first guess I can assume that for this account there is no mailbox configured as of now. Or may be someone has deleted that.
But, is there any option to find out whether mailbox for this account has been deleted or not?
Also, how is it possible to find out the mailbox for an account using Display name or Alias name?
