Testing webservice client with windows firewall, want to block ports.

Hi, I have just created a windows forms application that connects to a web service.
Now I want to block all outgoing ports from the client except port 80 with Windows firewall. (This is to make sure that it really only uses port 80).
It this possible to do, how?

If its not possible do you have any suggestions on a easy configurable firewall to try this out with?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can't do this with Windows Firewall. Windows Firewall doesn't block any outgoing connections, just incoming ones. Some other firewall, like ZoneAlarm will let you do this
