Error message in Netscape 7.2 email

I use Netscape 7.2 email and have it set up for two different email addresses.  In ONE of those addresses, when I click on the Inbox I get this error message:  "Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox."

Interestingly, I have no problem downloading emails for the other email address.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you tried compacting the folders?  This is an option under the File menu.  It can take quite a long time to do this, and can look as if it has hung up.

Netscape 7.2 was a good product in its' day, but it's a bit long in the tooth now.  I would be inclined to download Thunderbird and install that.  It can automatically pull all of your Netscape addresses and messages across as part of the installation.
