Can U find a Sceptre X9G-Komodo LCD power supply?

Hey EE. Can U find a Sceptre X9G-Komodo LCD power supply?

I have a Sceptre X9G LCD that needs a power supply. The power supply # is "LM004". I found one at "discount-merchants.com" but they were out of stock. Also on on Badcaps.com they said the Gericom Model S1902D-
P/N T920, may also be a replacement for it. The monitor screen goes on for about a second, I see the desktop but then the screen goes blank. Of I turn it off & on I see the screen & then off again. The Badcaps forum said it's a bad capacitor. If I can't find a power supply I guess I'll try to find the filter capacitor. It's the biggest capacitor on the board. Mine is leaking. I made sure it wasn't the pc by hooking it up to another monitor.

just be carefull as that looks like its the smoothing capacitor and could have a load of power in it so ground yourself to avoid a scock
you should be able to get the cap rating and then find it locally

Thanks IanTh, I did find the the 100uF 400v capacitor @ Signal electric, next town over. Sceptre wanted $75 for the board & $15 for shipping. I can buy a monitor for a few $$ more. NOT.                    Thanks for your help.  Ed
