Restart Print Spooler Service

I would like to give access to a non admin user the ability to restart the print spooler service in a 2003 server environment. Is there a way of doing this?

Add him to the Printer Operators group in AD.

already a member of domain power users, print operators&still no go&appears to require administrator rights. forced a gpupdate also in case your wondering

I hink this is also good for Server 2003 too.

A better way would be to monitor the service with servers alive and have the service automatically restart if it fails:
