IP Filter lists

I would like to delete the IP Filter Lists from IPsec policy
when I try to delete the IP Filter list, it gives me an error message saying:
"IP Filter lists could not be removed, due to the following error: The data is invalid.(8007000d).

I looked for a solution to this error on the internet and could not find one.

any idea?

Thanks

reinstalling tcp/ip...
would that removes all IP Filter lists, there are some that I need.
Yes, that would remove all IP filter lists.
But I don't see any other way then to remove tcp/ip and add the lists you want again.

If I export the policy to a file, then uninstall/reinstall TCP/IP , import the policy back then delete the filters would that work?
