You need to use LDAP base tool CSVDE

csvde -r "(objectClass=user)" -d "ou=test ou,dc=domain,dc=com" -l
displayName,proxyAddresses -f c:\users.csv

Here is another neat little tool that I like to use although it does not export to a .csv file but a .txt file
After you download and run it go here for the output "c:\proxyaddresses.txt"

If you want the Proxy address in a csv file you can also run the command
Get-Mailbox | Export-CSV c:\test.csv and then just get the data you want

You can also run the command
csvde -f c:\test.csv

You can also run the command
csvde -f c:\test.csv

This would give you info about all the AD object and all their attribute information as well and you cna open it in a Excel adn work from there.
