on Task request, loose category when asignee accept it

Ho guys

i have the following issue
When i send a task request or task assigment, i send it with an specific category, when i see my list, is in the right category, when people accept it my status change automactically and also the category, it return without a category.
What si happening, maybe they need to have the same category?

Hi, titorober23.  

Outlook 2007 automatically strips categories from items sent to other people.  When you create the task and assign it a category you are the task owner.  When you assign the task to someone else Outlook strips the categories and because you are no longer the owner you get a copy of the task as it exists on the other person's task list.
