Outlook 2007 and POTS dialing

I have my laptop connected via a wire to the POTS and i can dial Outlook contacts, but i cannot find a keypad to respond to the ineviatable voice prompt system.

Am i just not looking in the right place or is this something that the Outlook dialer can't do?

If not any suggestions for a freeware/shareware.

I don't want to go down the VOIP route as a i have a very very good dialplan on POTS.

Are you sure the kaypadon the laptop doesn't work? The numbers may be used with the fn key? The numbers themselves wilol be written in small text in a funny colour. It would be worth having a look.

I can't see anything on the internet and if you're already in a telephone call, something like Windows Dialer won't let you send anything else down the line.

Let me know if you can't find the keypad.
