"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you using your own mail server or do you go through another host for your email?

If it's another host, you need to contact them and forward them the error information for it to be fixed.

You will need to get in touch with them then, they will probably ask you to forward them the error message headers so they can fix the problem.
