Metaframe xpe on windows 2003

Hi,
we recently added 2 new servers to our citrix farm, the citrix farm is metaframe xpe on windows 2000 server with the latest service packs, and FR2, the new servers are freshly installed on windows 2003 boxes with SP2, windows xpe FR3 (not activated because we don't have a license key).
server A has SP4 and unable to map the clients drives although it is enabled in the policy and in the tcp connection with no inheritance, I can see the drive if I go to \\client\c$ but I can't modify them, and if I try to map the drive I get a windows error stating "windos cannot connect the drive because no network was found"
Server B has SP3, and works fine with the drive mapping, but if a non vista/2003 client try to login they get the login box and enter their credentials, then just blue background screen and it hangs there.

Why would I reinstall? everything looks ok from the event viewer and I didn't run into any issues during the installation.
all servers are in the same farm.
how can I tell if all the hotfixes are installed?
I was able to get the server with the blue screen background to log the users in after re created the ica-tcp connection on the server but the clients' printer mapping is not working.
Reason for reinstalling is that according to you everything clearly is not working properly.
If you've not got a licence for that product version then your support options from citrix.com are going to be limited (non-existent), including access to hotfixes.
If you have no licence for XPe for 2003 then why not bite the bullet and go for XenApp5 (or at least 4.5) for 2003 instead? You're still going to have to buy licences eventually.
Ok, everything is fixed by installing citrix SP4 on the server with SP3, we will reinstall citrix SP4 on the server that has it installed already and I'll post the results next week.
in my first post i suggested installing all hotfixes, and citrix sp4 hotfix solved the problem.
just wondering if somebody can explain why I then only get points as an "assisted" solution?

in my experience (and most other people who work with citrix) their hotfixes/beta testing leaves a lot to be desired, hence having all the latest updates is important as there are lots of bugs to be fixed!
I apologize, I meant to give you 500 points, I'll fix now..
