GFI Mail Essentials
Hi guys,
We have a big problems with the GFI POP2Exchange service.
Every now and then it just stops downloading the emails with nothing in the event logs. The only way to get it working again is to stop and then restart the Pop2Exchange service.
This is what it logs in GFI POP2Exchange (I can supply more detailed logs if needed):
Logged out from mailbox client@ISP.COM.
GFI POP2Exchange service stopped.
GFI POP2Exchange service started.
Successfully logged in to mailbox client@ISP.COM.
This is starting to happen more often and it's pretty random.
Initially, there was a version 14 installed but we recently uninstalled that and installed version 12 just to see if this will stop happening. It didn't.
Any advice how to fix this will be appreciated.

Just to confirm, you haven't exceeded the number of installed licenses?

No, we have 25 user license and only 3 users at the moment.
