SQLExpress managment maintance plans missing

I have a 2003 server running SQL Express. I installed SP2 for studio manager. When I open Management tab in Studio manager all I have is SQL server Logs. How can I get Maintenance plans to show up?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

sql express does not have maintenance plans, as it does not have sql agent neither which is required to run the maintenance plans.

to get them, you have to upgrade to at least standard edition, for example.
