I have a Palm Zire 21. The touch screen is unresponsive, but the unit powers up fine. I can even get to the address book using the buttons, but my buttons are not programmed for hotsync.<br />

Is there anyway to intiate hotsync from my computer? This version of the Zire doesn't have a cradle and I don't think the cables with hotsync buttons are made for this version either.<br />

Alternatively, is there another way to see the data on the PDA? I've found software that would seem to do that, but it requires installation on the Palm which requires hotsync which I can't do.
