Two issues; Sharing a folder and Sharing hand does not disappear after turning off sharing Outlook 2007

Hello, I have Exchange 2007 in a network using Outlook 2007 for the client.
Two things are happening:
We are trying to share a folder under the Inbox. The problem is when the other delegate is trying to open JUST the folder that is shared; are they supposed to see the folder in the drop down list when "opening another users folder?"  If so we are not seeing that shared folder.

Secondly, whenever I try to UNSHARE the folder I remove the user from the list but the sharing hand still stays under the folder icon

Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Sincere Thanks

Kevin,

1) The folder will not appear in the drop down list when you do File>Open Other Users folder. The user will need to add other users mailbox to his profile in order to view the shared folder.
The below link will explain you how to go about getting this done

2) Refer to the below to know how to unshare it gracefully
