Two issues; Sharing a folder and Sharing hand does not disappear after turning off sharing Outlook 2007
Hello, I have Exchange 2007 in a network using Outlook 2007 for the client.
Two things are happening:
We are trying to share a folder under the Inbox. The problem is when the other delegate is trying to open JUST the folder that is shared; are they supposed to see the folder in the drop down list when "opening another users folder?" If so we are not seeing that shared folder.
Secondly, whenever I try to UNSHARE the folder I remove the user from the list but the sharing hand still stays under the folder icon
Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.
