Find all connected devices

This question may sound random, but are there any apps that can be installed on a front-end Exchange server to list all mobile devices that are syncing to that front-end server?  I can get that information on a per-user basis using the remote wipe utility, but I was hoping to get it a bit easier.  We are basically going through & disabling mobile services for certain users, but I would like to know what non-authorized users are attempting connection first.

Please let me know if this makes sense & is possible.

. You can use the following command to display all users who have an EAS partnership established for the specified server:

Get-Mailbox -server  -ResultSize:Unlimited |
ForEach {Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics -Mailbox:$_.Identity} |
ft identity,devicemodel,LastSuccessSync

(You should type the previous command on one line in PowerShell.)

To view all EAS users for every server, simply remove the -server <Mailbox server> parameter.

Sorry - I didn't specify that we were Exchange 2003, so I don't think that will work for us.
Version of Exchange would help. As you have said Frontend server that tends to point to Exchange 2003.
If that is the case then there is nothing built in. However the Microsoft Exchange team have written some blog postings on using various tools to pull together some reports.
