Hp Proliant DL380 G2, BSOD 0x000000a1

I have an hp proliant DL380 G2, i am getting an intermitiant bsod 0x000000a1 which i have found relates to the memory manager. this error is occurring after a motherboard replacement. i read an article about a firmware upgrade but it doesnt seem to pertain to the dl380 g2. any help would be great!

Try re-seating all the cards and memory modules.

Another option would be to update all the ROMs and drivers as the new motherboard may have updated BIOS that has issues with the current firmware or driver levels.
If you've had any kind of hardware change then applying the latest Proliant Support Pack (PSP) is always reccomended

I'd also update the BIOS to the latest version anyway

If none of this helps then you can perform deep memory tests to see if you have a chip fault but the server will be down whilst you do this

Solution was to do an inplace/repair installation of the os.
