NTP Server in Windows Server 2008

I'm about to demote my last Windows Server 2003 DC, but I need to configure my new Server 2008 PDC box as an NTP server.  I have a high-end Cisco router that I would like to use as the NTP server for my network.

How do I do this in Server 2008?  I can only find a proper guide for Server 2003 and I don't want to take any chances with network time getting messed up.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
