NoClassDefFoundError

I built a fat.jar file by Eclipse and it runs well on my pc, but when it runs on other;s pc, it got:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: ûjar

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: ûjar

        at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(Unknown Source)

        at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)

        at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source)

        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)

        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source)

        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClassInternal(Unknown Source)

what that means?

This is possibly as noted in the article the "-jar" being corrupted to ûjar and so java thinks it is a class name to be used versus an option to the java command.

thanks mwvisa1, I will ask my client to type "jar" instead of copying my email text.

Yes, you can see if they can retype at the command line OR copy and paste the command from e-mail into notepad first then copy and paste from notepad into command line.
