when i am trying to load some data from a temp table to another OLEDB destination i get the error "[OLE DB Source [1]] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_INDUCEDTRANSFORMFAILUREONERROR.  The "output column "RequestStatus" (52)" failed because error code 0xC0209072 occurred, and the error row disposition on "output column "RequestStatus" (52)" specifies failure on error. An error occurred on the specified object of the specified component.  There may be error messages posted before this with more information about the failure. ....can anybody guide me what to do please??

Perhaps you should enable logging for the package (right click on the empty area in Control Flow, choose Logging... and configure the destination and events for logging). In case this method fails, you can use DTLoggedExec application written by Davide Mauri (SQL Server MVP). It is available for download on Codeplex:

After digging , i could know that my source data type is Varchar and adestination also varchar..but the source column has spaces in between ,,,how can i overcome this issue?
Try use RTRIM in a derived transform to cut the spaces at right...
